VIP Card

How to apply?

Simply deposit S$300 at any of our branches to receive the VIP card.

1) The S$300 is a deposit which would be refundable after six months, if you want to terminate the membership.

2) Your membership would be valid as long we keep the deposit on your behalf.

Privileges

10% discount storewide off regular priced CDs/DVDs(including Blu Ray/HD DVD)/Vinyls/UMDs/Games.

5% off for discounted/nett priced CDs/DVDs(including Blu Ray/HD DVD)/Vinyls/UMDs/Games.

8% discount storewide off regular priced magazines.

The card also entitles you to the following :-

1) First priorities for any sales in gramophone

2) Concerts/Freebies giveaways

3) Discounts for SSO concerts tickets

4) Free movie tickets or concert tickets as when available.

Exclusions

Privileges are not valid for purchases of used items and Gramophone Vouchers

Privileges valid only if card is presented to the cashier before payment

The card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions

The privileges, terms and conditons may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of Gramophone

Non-Transferable 

The Gramophone membership card is intended for individual and/or personal use and is strictly non-transferable.

Members must produce identification when required.

Lost or Damaged Cards

Replacement of lost membership card is subject to an administrative fee of $10, please send email to 

shop@gramophone.com.sg to report lost card.
