Q. What are the payment options?
We accept only payment via PayPal. You can choose to view prices quoted in SINGAPORE DOLLAR or US DOLLAR. You will be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction.

Q. Can I use my VIP card, which I got from your retail store, for online purchases?
No. Only members card purchased online are entitled for discounts online.

Q. What are your shipping charges?
We provide Local and International Delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Information for detail.

Q. When will I receive my package?
It will take 2 to 4 working days for Local (Singapore) and about 6 to 14 working days for International shipments.

Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
All products, once sold are non-returnable or exchange except for the following:

• Product received is different from what is stated on the invoice
• Product is found to be faulty.
